Niagara Escape is not just a stylish space, but a comfortable and functional place you’ll love. At Niagara Escape, we designed the space to provide a modern luxury experience with a touch of retro vibe.

We’ve got something for everyone in the musical space. Craving a bit of nostalgia? Listen to some grown folks music on vinyl! Inside, you will find a vinyl record player along with a unique selection of soulful Jazz vinyl albums. You can play a record or you can Bluetooth to Alexa and play your own playlist or play any music of your choice. Alexa is perfect to obtain information you need to jumpstart your day along with many other cool features.

Niagara Escape is centrally – located in a great neighbourhood – peaceful surroundings with the convenience of city life within reach. Our place is away from the crowds and walkable to local groceries, stores and restaurants. This is a location close to everything you need. Transit options are just a short walk away. It’s a great place to start and end your day.

**Additional Guest Suite: For larger groups or families looking to stay together, there is a second floor 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment located on the property.

Guest access

Fully exclusive and private lower level unit with free parking spot for 1 vehicle & laundry included – and it’s all completely separate from the rest of the home with keyless self check-in feature. You will be provided a unique entrance code to the apartment.

Please note that this apartment is not suited to taller guests due to lower ceiling height in some areas! There are some areas in the apartment with low spots in the ceiling.

No pets and no smoking allowed inside the unit!

This accommodation is professionally friendly and is equipped for long, comfortable stays with Roku Smart TVs with streaming service in both the living room and bedroom, as well as heating and cooling! No cable TV.

Heating/Cooling – there are no temperature controls in the suite. If you are hot/cold and you would like the temperature adjusted (within reason), just send me a message via the Airbnb message app.

Will need to climb stairs to access this unit. Some areas of unit are 6 feet tall, please be mindful when booking.

Immediately after booking, please share the full names of all guests staying at the property. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. The unit can accommodate up to 3 guests. Additional guests are not permitted without prior written approval and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

We also require a valid id on file to host anyone. Please send your Gov ID to us after booking. You can send a copy of your ID by attaching a photo in your Airbnb messages.

We provide toilet paper, Kleenex, garbage bags, paper towel, dish soap & hand soap just to name a few to get you started. Any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest.

Niagara Escape is not safe or suitable for toddlers – the house is NOT childproof.

We have a strict no pet/animal policy as well. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation and additional cleaning fees.

Smoking of any substance inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If we’ve discovered that smoking has occurred in the property after you have checked out, there will be a $250 charge assessed as an additional cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. We have wonderful neighbours who help make this a safe and peaceful area. Please keep noise to a minimum at all times, including outdoor spaces.
