At Niagara Escape, I’m more than just a host—I’m a passionate creator of beautifully designed, fully equipped furnished stays made to feel like home the moment you walk in. I offer a warm, personal touch that you simply won’t find in a generic hotel stay, giving every guest a comfy-luxe experience that’s memorable, effortless, and truly tailored to them.

We loved our stay so much we wished we could take the place with us. This stay should be the golden standard for all airbnbs and the host, Ava was amazing and kind! Literally had anything you could ever need here. 10/10.

Pack only clothes! Ava’s place had EVERYTHING. Tons of goodies, water, coffee and tea station, popcorn, a snack station, fully stocked kitchen with all of the seasonings. The bathroom had Q-tips, sunblock, lotion, shower bombs, make up wipes, first aid kit, cottonballs, lighted makeup mirrors, razors, and more. We were welcomed with a personalized sign and a large heart-shaped box made of chocolate filled with chocolate truffles and towel swans with roses and rose petals on the bed. The office cubby had every type of power adapter, great lighting, and comfortable chair with excellent WiFi. The bed was super comfy, tons of pillows, extra blankets, towels, and throw blankets throughout. Ava’s thoughtfulness in the details—too many to list!—makes this home our favorite AirBnB. We walked to Niagara Falls and back, and it was a pleasant walk through quiet neighborhoods. We stayed a week and never ran out of things to do. Thank you Ava for a spectacular 28th anniversary week!

This is my second time staying at Ava’s place and the experience is beyond what words can describe. Ava was very accommodating, patient, kind, and overall an amazing host; the best I’ve come across. From the moment I stepped in I was welcomed with a very thoughtful and sweet birthday gesture. Ava’s home was equipped with everything to make you feel right at home especially on snowy days. Her home gave a very cozy and comfy atmosphere and I could tell she put an immense amount of thought and effort in to making you feel right at home. Her home is top tier when it comes to cleanliness and convenience. I can’t pinpoint what I loved most because everything was 10/10. I will definitely be coming back again soon!
