Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. The main entryway is shared with one other unit.

Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. The unit can accommodate up to 3 guests. Additional guests or overnight stays for unregistered guests are not permitted without prior written approval and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Immediately after booking, please share the full names of all guests staying at the property. We require a valid ID on file to host anyone. You can send a copy of your ID by attaching a photo in your Airbnb messages.

Heating/Cooling – The temperature is controlled by the host and maintained between 21 and 23 degrees. You will not have access to control the temperature because the thermostat controls the temperature for the other units, but just send a quick message and I will adjust the temperature remotely. We also provide a portable A/C and fan during the summer if needed.

We provide toilet paper, Kleenex, garbage bags, paper towel, dish soap & hand soap just to name a few to get you started. Any further supplies will need to be purchased by the guest.

This is the upper unit of the house so there is some potential for noise from downstairs.

Guests will need to take a flight of stairs to access the unit. Please be mindful when booking.

Niagara Escape is not safe or suitable for toddlers – the house is NOT childproof.

We have a strict no pet/animal policy as well. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate cancellation and additional cleaning fees.

Smoking of any substance inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If we’ve discovered that smoking has occurred in the property after you have checked out, there will be a $250 charge assessed as an additional cleaning fee.

Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. We have wonderful neighbours who help make this a safe and peaceful area. Noise should be kept to a minimum at all times, including outdoor spaces.
